These items and product lines include Green Seal certified cleaning chemicals, Green Seal certified and Chlorine-Free Processed paper products, Waterless urinals, Green Spec Approved hand dryers, recycled-content composite bathroom partitions and generally speaking, any product that could assist a facility in compiling LEED certification points such as entry matting.

Cleaning Chemicals

While there are multiple options in choosing Green Seal certified cleaning chemicals, we have reviewed and tested many to come up with the top quality products and more importantly, their dilution control systems, that offer ease of use, cost effectiveness and performance. Below are our partner manufacturers that meet our customers needs best:

Brulin – Offers a unique, super concentrated product line, Green Seal certified, packaged in easy to use canteens, simple self-contained measuring containers that offer mobility, space, cost-effectiveness and superior performance. Products include certified floor finish and stripper.

Misco – Offers a very high quality Green Seal certified stripper and floor finish. Other products include a hydrogen peroxide fortified cleaner/degreaser and dilution control unit that is Green Seal certified.

Simoniz – The BlendRite dilution control system offers both hand-held and wall-mounted units to easily dispense the correct dilutions of concentrated Green Seal certified products. BlendRite eliminates potential for employee contact with chemicals and is extremely cost-effective. The same concentrated products are also available in bulk containers.  

Paper Products

Waterless Urinals  

Waterless Co ., of Vista , CA , offers the most cost-effective line of waterless urinals in the market today. Hand Dryers

Matting Programs  

As part of the LEED program of the U.S. Green Building Council, (EQ Credit 3.8), the use of entryway matting systems is intended to reduce the exposure of building occupants to potentially hazardous contaminants which adversely affect indoor air quality and the environment of the building. At least 10 feet of mat must be in place immediately inside all entryways to reduce the amount of dirt, dust, pollen and other particles from entering the building.
